Niko Moon Celebrates a “Good Time” at First #1 Party

Nashville, Tenn., March 1, 2022 – SESAC hosted a crowd of music industry friends at The Gibson Garage on Monday, February 28th to celebrate Niko Moon’s debut #1 hit “Good Time,” his first as an artist. Co-writers on the song include Niko’s wife, Anna Moon, Jordan Minton, Mark Trussell, and writer/producer Joshua Murty. “Good Time” is certified 2x Platinum by the RIAA and has been streamed over 400 million times. Moon has previously had success as a songwriter, penning #1 hits for artists like Zac Brown Band and Dierks Bentley.

In attendance to honor the songwriters were Shannan Hatch (SESAC), MaryAnn Keen (BMI), Ben Vaughn (Warner Chappell Music), Dennis Reese (Sony), Joe Fisher (Boom Music Group), Kevin Lane (Kobalt), Chris Kappy (MakeWake), Sherod Robertson (MusicRow), and JC Curleigh (Gibson).

The party was held at The Gibson Garage, a new space that opened in June 2021. Gibson CEO JC Curleigh presented Niko with a brand-new Les Paul Gibson guitar in celebration of his #1 smash hit.
