All RMLC-represented Stations must submit a 2025 Annual Report through the Reporting Portal at https://licensees.sesac.com no later than April 1, 2026.
If you are logging in for the first time, the login details for your Station(s) are provided on the remittance stub of your invoice. Once you are logged into your account, on the upper right-hand corner, select Submit Annual Report, and follow the on-screen instructions for Annual Report submission.
Also, SESAC and the Radio Music License Committee (RMLC) have finalized a new license agreement for the period that covers January 1, 2023 through December 31, 2026. During your submission of the 2025 Annual Report, you will have the opportunity to either electronically sign the license agreement at that time or elect someone in your organization to receive an emailed Docusign envelope to electronically sign.
Once you submit the Annual Report(s) and sign the license agreement, you will receive a confirmation email.
