Yarelys Mendoza is the Assistant Manager at Creative Services for the organization’s Latin division. In this role, she brings administrative support to all Latin affiliates regarding their registrations and royalties.

Prior to joining SESAC in 2021, Yarelys worked in Latin music as a legal assistant with Protege Tu Música TV. Previously, she served as Assistant to the Director at the Conservatorio de Artes del Caribe in San Juan, Puerto Rico, where she gathered experience working events such as end of semester concerts and the Berklee in Puerto Rico seminars once a year.

Originally from Puerto Rico, Mendoza has been a musician since early age, graduating from Berklee College of Music with a double major in Contemporary Writing and Production and Music Business/Management. As a creative, she is a Latin singer/songwriter, although her main instrument is the guitar, in which she’s specialized in genres from jazz to classical.
