Heather Fletcher serves as VP of Royalty Distribution at SESAC Performing Rights, a subsidiary of SESAC Music Group. Fletcher has been a member of the SESAC team for over 10 years, having started in the licensing department in 2010 before moving to the RDRS team in 2012. In her current role, responsibilities include developing processes for increased efficiency in royalty operations, sourcing and processing of data to locate performances of SESAC licensed works, and overseeing administration and distribution of performance royalties to SESAC’s composers and publishers.

Fletcher graduated from Middle Tennessee State University with a degree in Music Business and is a member of the Country Music Association.
