Nadia Lightwala serves as Vice President, Finance & Accounting, where she works closely with the finance and accounting team, focusing on technical accounting areas, financial reporting, complex transactions, and audit project management. She also acts as a business partner to operations, providing proactive input on financial matters, with a view to problem-solving.

Prior to joining SESAC in 2019, Lightwala was a Director at PwC, a Big 4 accounting firm. As part of the capital markets and accounting advisory practice of the firm, she provided advisory services to clients in various industries such as software and technology, consumer and industrial products, entertainment, oil and gas, healthcare, etc. In her tenure of 12 years with PwC, she has also served with the audit and assurance practice at PwC’s offices in the United Arab Emirates and Pakistan.

Lightwala is a Certified Public Accountant in both California and Texas and received her education from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan.
