SESAC Signs Redneck Yacht Club Writers Thom Shepherd & Steve Williams

SESAC announces the signing of writers Thom Shepherd and Steve Williams to an exclusive agreement.  Shepherd and Williams, the duo behind the Craig Morgan smash, "Redneck Yacht Club," recently stopped by SESAC's Music Row headquarters to celebrate the new partnership.

His songs have been recorded by George Jones, Montgomery Gentry, Pam Tillis, Buddy Jewell, Joe Nichols, Blake Shelton, Neal McCoy, Kevin Fowler, George Canyon, Jamie Richards, Todd Fritsch, bluegrass artist Ronnie Bowman, and Cledus T. Judd.

Thom recently wrote a song called “My Next Five Beers” with Showdog Nashville artists Trailer Choir. The song was produced by Toby Keith in August and will appear on their debut album. He also has wrote two songs on the new Kevin Fowler CD, “Cheaper To Keep Her” and “Me & The Boys,” a duet with the legendary George Jones! Steve Williams
Since moving to Nashville, Tn. in 1995, Steve has had cuts by Buddy Jewell, Craig Morgan, Trick Pony, Steve Holy and others. Steve has been performing since the age of 14. Steve's new CD, "I Get To" can be purchased on the CD link page of this website.
