SESAC's J.D. Connell Named Billboard Digital Power Player
Congratulations to J.D. Connell, SESAC's VP/Counsel of New Media Licensing, on being named one of Billboard Magazine's "2016 Digital Power Players."
'Connell says he always tackled negotiations with the best information available but lately, he notes, "I've learned to seek out more data and analyze it from different angles." The Nashville resident says SESAC is "at a new level of intellectual maturity" in its approach to performing rights deals, thanks to new tools and staff.
