SESAC Partners with Yoko Ono Lennon To Launch Month-Long NYC Stop of the John Lennon Educational Tour Bus

Trevor Gale, SESAC’s Senior Vice President, Writer/Publisher Relations, along with Yoko Ono Lennon and other dignitaries, recently spoke at a Manhattan press conference to announce the month-long stop of the John Lennon Educational Tour Bus in New York City. SESAC is among the sponsors of the event, which marks what would have been John Lennon’s 74th birthday in October. In addition to speaking at the Manhattan press conference, Gale mentored the students who were visiting the bus that day and produced a recording of them singing John Lennon’s song “Instant Karma (We All Shine On).”

The John Lennon Educational Tour Bus, in its 17th year, tours the nation as a mobile ambassador for music education, offering students a free opportunity to write, record, produce and perform their own music and videos. SESAC has been a longtime sponsor of the bus.
