SESAC Helps Toast Writers of “American Honey”

SESAC recently honored the co-writers behind the Lady Antebellum #1 hit “American Honey” during a party held at the Bound’ry on Monday, May 17. There was plenty to celebrate: the song marks Lady Antebellum’s third consecutive #1 single, and while co-writers Shane Stevens, Hillary Lindsey and SESAC's Cary Barlowe have each enjoyed individual successes and chart-toppers in multiple genres, “American Honey” is the songwriting trio’s first collaboration to hit #1.
