Anna Laube’s new album, Pool All The Love * Pool All The Knowledge, was written in living rooms from Austin, TX to Volcano, HI, and documents a life on the road less traveled. She’s come a long way in a short time: Laube has been described as “An artist to whom you would hand over the keys to your heart” by the San Francisco Bay Guardian, composing “intimate, heartfelt songs rooted in traditional Americana” (NPR)—and her music is receiving airplay worldwide.

Mikel Knight is a one-of-a-kind artist who pushes the envelope of Country Crossover. A Texas-born Urban Country Crossover artist out of Nashville, Knight has managed to combine several genres of music including Country, Urban, and Rock and came up with a formula that has quickly become his trademark sound. His upcoming album entitled Urban Cowboy features his unique blend of musical genres earning him the nickname of Country Rap King.

Seeing the Minneapolis duo, Red Pens, is like witnessing a demonstration in raw sonic bliss. Howard Hamilton III is a string-bending master who knows how to make feedback work to his advantage. His confident vocal stylings, coupled with drummer Laura Bennett’s all or nothing kit pounding, are about as uniquely refreshing as it gets these days. Their debut album Reasons on Grain Belt Records is a mid-fi bonanza of fuzzy reverb drenched art rock.

After headlining a showcase at CMJ, signing a licensing deal with MTV Networks, being featured in an ABSOLUT® Vodka commercial and opening up Gillette Stadium for the New England Patriots’ season, the group has enjoyed an incredible year. The band is currently supporting its debut album Color Machine by touring extensively.

Malia “Wyldeflowher” Chapouris is an Urban/Lyricist/Clothing Designer ready to make her mark. Known for her lyricist skills, Wyldeflowher has been making music since she was a child and is now working on her debut CD and on a collaboration album with Swann Notty. “I feel that I’m a breath of fresh air that’s needed right now,” she says. “A balance and a mix of the old school realness and originality mixed with the new!”

Brockett Parsons has been a prolific keyboard player and writer in New York City for quite some time working with the likes of Bo Bice, Carrie Underwood, and Donnel Jones among many others. This year Brockett achieved his greatest recognition to date by winning the MTV reality show Making His Band with P Diddy and was chosen to perform with P Diddy on his next major tour. Currently Brockett is touring Europe as the keyboard player for Lady Gaga.
