Q: Can SESAC help me find the appropriate publisher to contact in order to obtain a synch license?

A: In order to obtain a synchronization “synch” license you will need to contact all of the publishers or their administrators for the song in question. If the song you wish to license is represented by SESAC, it is likely we can provide publisher/administrator contact information.

A: To use a song for a commercial you need to contact all of the publishers or administrators in order to obtain the required permission and license.
