SESAC Supports Music Health Alliance at March Fundraiser
SESAC singer/songwriter Rosanne Cash recently made a trip to Nashville to perform at the 3rd annual “The First and The Worst” event which benefits the Music Health Alliance. SESAC artist Peter Cooper was on hand for the evening to host the songwriters—Sonny Curtis, Frank Rogers, Steve Wariner and Rosanne—as they performed ‘really bad songs’ that only a mother could love. The event was held at the City Winery, and the audience was full of laughter and good cheer while remaining in awe of the talented and humble songwriters. The mission of the Music Health Alliance is to heal the music by providing access to healthcare through services that protect, direct and connect music industry professionals with medical and financial solutions from the beginning to the end of life for all genres of music.
