Job title: Human Resources Coordinator

Department: Human Resources

Reports to: HR Director

Location: Nashville, TN

SESAC is Looking for a Human Resources Coordinator in our Nashville office who has a desire to help us attract, develop and retain top industry talent that will ensure our continued success. Ideal candidates will have an understanding of business administration, be detail oriented, a great communicator and capable of:

  • Shifting priorities and multi-tasking as seamlessly as Taylor Swift switched from country to pop.
  • Navigating Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint with the same ease that Bob Dylan writes hits.
  • An ability to build strong relationships and connect with people the way a favorite song makes someone feel each time they hear it on the radio.

The Human Resource Coordinator will support HR related activities and programs, including those related to staffing, compensation, employee relations, benefits, training, and office administration.

Job title: Business Analyst

Department: Information Technology

Reports to: Enterprise Architect

Location: Nashville, TN

SESAC is looking for a Business Analyst in our Nashville office. The ideal candidate will:

  • Possess in-depth functional Skills in Oracle e-Business Suite (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Advanced Collections, Service Contracts, and Telesales modules).
  • Have ability to thoroughly research and resolve issues including the creation of basic queries utilizing TOAD or other query tools with minimal guidance from the technical staff.
  • Understand the complexities and interdependencies of the Oracle business processes across modules.
  • Be able to troubleshoot and provide production support with e-Business Modules as well as with interfaces and other customizations.

The Business Analyst is responsible for:

  • Streamlining and re-engineering processes.
  • Guiding users in gathering system requirements and designing/implementing new solutions.
  • Providing production support to business users.
  • Assist with the creation of ad-hoc reports for business groups.
  • Supporting month-end close activities.
  • Working with end users to capture and document business requirements.
  • Working with end users to perform unit, system, and regression testing.
  • Developing documentation to detail the testing processes.

What makes you qualified:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, MIS, Computer Science, related field (or equivalent).
  • 5+ years of experience providing business analyst support for various modules of the e-Business Suite (R12 Preferred).
  • Experience with the Discoverer and OBIEE reporting tools.
  • Ability to read and understand SQL and PL/SQL
  • Ability to work with Oracle Support (i.e. open and manage SRs).
  • Ability to create, maintain, and execute test plans.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an attention to detail.
  • Team player with the interpersonal skills to work effectively with end-users and co-workers.
  • Strong functional understanding of Financial processes.
  • Excellent English language verbal and written communication skills.
