Download a SESAC Music Performance License Please complete all of the fields on the license including the start date (please use the first day of the applicable month). Print the agreement on 8.5 x 11 inch standard white paper, and mail the signed agreement with payment to our Nashville address. Or if you do not see the appropriate license agreement below, you can request that a copy of the license(s) be mailed to you complete the online request form or write to:
