Tim Fink
Vice-President, Writer/Publisher Relations
With SESAC since 1990, Fink’s tenure with the company has put him in a position to work closely with SESAC songwriters and publishers from a wide range of genres. Appointed the head of the Nashville Writer/Publisher Relations team in 2002, Fink has been instrumental in building the company’s burgeoning roster of top songwriters resulting in the company’s unprecedented growth. Chicago-born and Wisconsin-raised, Fink attended the University of Wisconsin, before graduating from Middle Tennessee State University with a degree in Recording Industry Management.
John Mullins
Senior Director, Writer/Publisher Relations
Mullins began his music career working as a Promotions Rep for Columbia Records while obtaining his degree in Radio, TV and Film from the University of Texas in Austin. Mullins came to SESAC from Sony/ATV/ Music Publishing, where he worked closely with artists such as Brooks & Dunn, the Mavericks, Alabama and Lonestar. At SESAC Mullins primarily is responsible for signing new writers and publishers and providing service to existing writers and publishers. Other duties include representing SESAC at festivals, conferences and award shows while promoting the SESAC brand and speaking on panels and to college students about performing rights and SESAC. He primarily works with SESAC’s Country and Contemporary Christian affiliates but signs and provides service to affiliates in all formats.
Shannan Tipton-Hatch
Senior Director, Writer/Publisher Relations
With the company since 2002, Neese has worked closely with such SESAC songwriters such as Monty Powell, Brice Long, Jim Femino, Texas great Hayes Carll as well as husband and wife songwriters Sam & Annie Tate. Prior to her tenure with SESAC, Neese worked as a publicist for AristoMedia, FrontPage Publicity, Rasky Bearlein and Commotion Public Relations. Neese is a member of trade organizations Country Music Association (CMA), National Academy Of Recordings Arts & Sciences (NARAS), Academy Of Country Music (ACM) and the Americana Music Association.
Amy Beth Hale
Director, Writer/Publisher Relations
With SESAC for over 15 years, Hale primarily serves as the point person for the Americana, Bluegrass affiliates including The Avett Brothers, Kevin Welch, Kieran Kane and The Grascals. Hale also serves as the main contact for all SESAC's online service issues as they relate to song registrations as well as overseeing the maintenance of the Repertory Discovery Center for the performing rights organization. Hale is from Lebanon, Tennessee and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Recording Industry Management from Middle Tennessee University.
