Leach began his music career at Famous Music Publishing before landing with ATV Music Group where he was eventually named Director of Creative Affairs. Upon leaving ATV, Leach formed Leach Entertainment Enterprises where he consulted for several indie labels and placed music recording projects in various film/television projects. Leach rejoined Famous Music Publishing and was responsible for signing current million-selling artist/producer AKON and also served as Music Consultant/Coordinator for the groundbreaking TV show, “New York Undercover” as well as working for Fox Television before joining SESAC in 2001.
Vice President, Film, Television & Developing Media
Erin works closely with the Los Angeles staff and SESAC’s film, television, and developing media writers and music publishers. She also assists SESAC in identifying film, television, and other media composers for affiliation with SESAC.
Erin began her career in film and television with Warner Bros. Publications where she was responsible for creating and managing multi-media marketing budgets as well as developing advertising campaigns. She then served as Director of Marketing & Music Production for APM Music where she was in charge of creating, managing and supporting all online and offline creative, music, promotions, PR, branding, print advertising and portfolio marketing for the likes of MTV, Discover, the major television networks, HBO and Fox among many others. Before joining SESAC, Collins was Producer/Music Supervisor at London Green Studios working with clients such as Ubisoft, Activision, EA and THQ. Collins holds a degree from Northern Illinois University.

Glen Phillips has over 20 years of experience across a variety of sectors in the music industry including artist management, music licensing, and tour management. After getting his start as a student talent buyer at Southern Illinois University in 1985, Phillips spent the better part of the 90s as a tour manager for heavy rock acts such as Limp Bizkit and Stabbing Westward. In 2000, he graduated into artist management representing the legendary blues guitarist and Rock N Roll Hall of Fame inducteeBuddy Guy, and singer-songwriter couple Over the Rhine. In 2010, Phillips joined indie taster makers The Windish Agency where he co-founded the Windish Music Licensing. In 2012, he founded his own licensing company, Track Record Licensing. Phillips holds a Bachelor of Arts in Radio-Television Management from Southern Illinois University.

Prins is responsible for recruiting new affiliates to SESAC while maintaining positive relationships with current affiliates. A native of Los Angeles, Prins started his music career as at Clear Channel’s 102.7 Kiis FM on-air with “JoJo On The Radio” before taking a position at Hip Hop station 93.5 KDAY FM. He then worked in the Film/TV licensing department at Universal Music Group before joining SESAC in 2009 as a Coordinator for the Writer/Publisher Relations department.
J. J. Cheng
Vice President, Writer/Publisher Relations, SESAC Latina
Cheng oversees the SESAC Latina staff including identifying, signing and working with songwriters and publishers in the Latin genre. Cheng works closely with other SESAC departments directing all marketing/advertising/promotion endeavors for SESAC Latina and its affiliates. Before joining SESAC in 2002, Cheng served as International Marketing Manager and A& R with EMI Latin and has worked with some of Latin music’s top talents, including Intocable, Thalia and Selena among many others. Under Cheng’s direction, SESAC Latina's signings in recent years have included Enrique Bunbury, Jencarlos Canela, Carlos Baute, Luz Casal, Samo Parra of CAMILA, Joey Montana, Grupo Treo, Jesus Navarro and Gilberto "Bibi” Marin of REIK, Aleks Syntek, Fonseca, Playa Limbo, German Montero, Echo, Diesel and Alacranes Musical among others. A native of Taiwan, Cheng is fluent in Spanish, English, Taiwanese and Mandarin Chinese.
Director, SESAC Latina
Zendejas is responsible for recruiting songwriters and publishers to SESAC Latina and as well as maintaining existing affiliate relationships. Zendejas works in SESAC’s Los Angeles office. Before joining SESAC, Zendejas was the Label Manager for EMI Televisa Music for seven years where she worked in production, A&R and Marketing with a variety of Regional Mexican acts as Intocable, Pepe Aguilar, Kumbia Kings, Ana Gabriel, among many others.
