SESAC named songwriter/producer Jason Ingram as SESAC’s 2008 Christian Songwriter of the Year at ceremonies held at Nashville’s Sambuca Restaurant. peertunes Ltd., Grange Hill Music & Windsor Way Music were named SESAC’s 2008 Christian Publishers of the Year. Other SESAC award winners included such Christian chart-toppers as Ian Eskelin as well as Adam Agee of Stellar Kart and Jeremy Kunkle of This Beautiful Republic. Jason Ingram realized extraordinary success in 2008 with his song “Give Me Your Eyes,”a #1 hit on two radio formats in 2008. Brandon Heath, who took the song to the top of the charts, performed a breathtaking version of the song at the awards event. Jason Ingram also saw hits with his songs “Peace Be Still” and “Wonder Of The World” by Rush Of Fools among other chart-toppers.
